Yesterday, I learned I don’t know CPR very well. I learned the hard way when I was called upon as a lone passerby to help someone in distress.

After the paramedics came and took the man away, I made my way back home in stunned shock about what had happened and how fragile life can be.

I am writing this blog because it is so fresh and I am still shaken, and I don’t know what to make of all this. I believe we keep getting hit with the same life lessons till we learn what we need to move on. I never want to experience someone stop breathing in front of me again, and I need help learning whatever the universe is trying to tell me.

Obviously, I need to take a CPR course again. But what else?
