I’ve been in private practice for almost 20 years now and have found the hiring process a weakness. The person I interview becomes someone completely different 3 months after the interview and I ask myself where did that interview candidate go? It seems my level of discernment has been outpaced by the “professional interviewee”.

Shawnee came along side me and walked me through the process and this time has been the least stressful hiring process I have ever done. She did a terrific job of conducting the interview, re-capping the interview with me and giving me the pro’s and con’s of the candidates talents and skill set. I also appreciated the summary of the reference checks to confirm what we saw in the interview was what has been shown in previous positions.  She continued to dig and dig until we saw the true character of the candidate. This is key in healthcare. I need to know absolutely that my team has the necessary empathy and professionalism to look after our clients.

The bonus was that it was affordable. Human resources is not an item on the budget for a private health care clinic and she was fair and well worth the fees paid. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a quality team member.
