Paying wages doesn’t equal loving your employees. Loving them means asking & listening, trusting & respecting, empathizing with their situations and caring about what happens to them. I also believe that loving your employees means helping them be successful even if it means letting them make their own mistakes, having the tough conversation about pulling up their socks, and even letting them leave to move forward in their careers.

Do you love your employees enough?
