Companies that achieve the award of “Best place to work” usually put the award all over their website and other recruitment materials. After all, being ranked a best place to work is something to be proud of. However, it doesn’t necessarily follow that organizations without that stamp are bad places to work. It may just mean they didn’t have time to fill out the paperwork.

If you are a great place to work, whether you have the sticker to prove it or not, you will want to be telling your current and potential employees about all the wonderful things you do and are. Get the word out and then back it up with your practices. Your talk and your walk together create your employment brand.
